Welcome! We always appreciate new people in the open carry movement. If you're wondering what you can do to help, here are some ideas to get you started.

First off, please understand that Ohio Open Carry is simply a loosely-organized group of ordinary folks who believe in the right to arms and open carry. We don't have a PAC or a corporation or anybody to receive and process donations. Our most valuable asset is motivated people who are willing to carry openly, spread the word, and distribute materials.

Here are just a few ways you can help the open carry movement in Ohio:

• Tell your friends!
• Attend an OC meeting and meet your fellow carriers.
• Start your own OC meetings or events if there aren't any in your area; we can help determine interest and spread the word about your event.
• Contribute and distribute flyers, videos, essays, anything that can be used to support open carry. Our only requests are that you do your best and avoid unrelated political issues.
• Join a national and or state gun rights organization that you are comfortable with.
• Contribute on the forums (OpenCarry.org, OFCC, etc).
• Support those who support us - other pro-carry organizations and carry-friendly businesses.
